Caversham Wildlife Park (by Anisah)

We had such a fun day meeting with animals at the Caversham Wildlife Park today. We headed straight for the farm show at about 10am. We watched how the rangers of the park shear the sheep's wool and told us what it can be used for. Some of us were very lucky, got to be selected from the audience to feed the baby sheep with milk. We also got to milk a cow named Brenda.

We went to see other marsupials like koalas and kangeroos. My favorite animal is a little joey named Delia. According to the park rangers, her parents died so she is an orphan, all the rangers took turns to bring her home with them every day. Along the way we saw other animals like the koalas and wombat. Everyone enjoyed themselves at the Caversham Wildlife Park and we all wished to come back to the park again with out families.
